WATERMACHINE
WATERMACHINE offers a fresh, thought-provoking perspective on the cost of greatness, celebrating the imperfect yet beautiful realities of being human. Using the focused lens of competitive swimmers and movement, the work delves into the intense physical and mental demands one may need when reaching their goals. While the choreography examines grit, determination, and discipline, it also introduces a playful, almost absurd perspective, using humour and lighthearted moments to reveal the quirky and imperfect sides of humans. We are not machines; we will eventually break due to this high-pressure lifestyle.
